At Bun Bun Melts, every piece is handcrafted with real flowers, butterflies, and natural materials. Each item is one-of-a-kind and created in small batches with great care. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
🛍️ No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been purchased and walked away with—whether at markets, pop-ups, in-person events, or online pickup.
Please make sure to inspect your item before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece before buying, we are always happy to help.
💳 No Refunds
Due to hygiene standards and the delicate, natural materials used, we do not offer refunds on any jewelry or custom pieces.

🌸 Damaged Items Upon Arrival (Online Orders Only)
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item
We will happily assist you with a solution.
Damage caused after the item is received (accidents, wear & tear, improper care, water exposure, dropping, etc.) is not covered.
📬 Cancellations
Online Orders:
We offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations on online orders only.
If you need to cancel, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.
In-Person Purchases:
All in-person purchases (markets, pop-ups, events) are final sale and cannot be canceled once the transaction is completed.
