All online orders require 2 business days to process before shipping.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time (you will be notified if so).

We always do our best to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order has been processed:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight).

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as "delivered"

  • Delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers

If your package goes missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you notice a mistake:

  • You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to email us with the correct address at bunbunmelts@gmail.com

  • After 24 hours, or once your order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee that the address can be changed.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to an address error entered at checkout:

  • Bun Bun Melts is not responsible for the lost package.

  • If the package is returned to us by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to the correct address.
